Hi am looking for a template to send Vanquis offering a much lower rate of repayment and requesting interest stops. Does anyone have anything?
It's for a woman I'm helping who has mental health issues and is on benefits. They have agreed £100 per fortnight - but out of her income this is a ridiculous amount and she is spending about £15 per fortnight on food and the interest charges are about £44
thanks in advance

Hi
There are various template letters for negotiating with creditors on our website. You might need to adapt either the pro rata letter or the token offer letter. It’s a good idea to also send a financial budget/SOA so that Vanquis can see how much she can afford.
