This is a fairly easy one - you just hand your notice in and leave

Why do you think you're 'entitled' to an exit settlement ?

I have to agree with the other poster.

Do you think you are not to blame for anything at all.
You really need to look at your own perceptions/actions. Did you have any problems at your last job.

If it's making you I'll, just leave
make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.
  • I've been in a very similar situation. I didn't have union rep at the time either and felt very alone, I felt the employer 'held all the cards'.

If you want to log a grievance this is usually because you want to remain in your job, but to be treated correctly.

If your desired outcome is to leave, then perhaps handing your notice in is the best thing. On top of everything you need to consider when making these types of decisions, your health has to be No. 1.
