DB Mortgages to Elderbridge - Am I still in a court order?

Good morning
In 2014 I was placed on a suspended possession order due to arrears of my mortgage.
The mortgage company was DB Mortgages. Since the order I have been paying an extra £125 per month and I have never missed a payment and kept to the order.
I only have about 10 more payments until I have paid these arrears off in full.
My question is as follows:
Since DB Mortgages have now been taken over by Elderbridge, am I still in the court order, or should they apply for a new one?
I have not yet received an up to date statement to show if they are claiming the arrears still.
Any help on this would be great
Many thanks
