    I think think you will find all salted butter is "butter + salt"

    Just because it has the same ingredients & nutrition does not mean it is the same product

    As awful a shop as Asda is, you can't blame them for trying to make as much money as possible.
    I think there was a recent post on the great disguised food thread suggesting that Smartprice crumpets are the exact same as the mid-line range but for the packaging.

    Hot crumpets with melted butter = good combination :)

    Personally I like ASDA - good quality and good prices.

  • Few year back I watched a programme on telly where they were packaging up items for supermarkets. The same items came off the belt and went off to get different packaging put on them to go to different shops.
