Commercial Mortgage Retail Shop

Is it possible to get a very small commercial mortgage on a retail shop?
It's freehold, cost price was £30k with approx £5k spent on a refurb. Currently let out at £350 per month and is owned via an SPV Ltd company.
Would be interested whether any capital can be released through a commercial mortgage as it is currently funded through the directors loan account. The plan is to mortgage the property to get funds for another property.
