Hello again
I want to thank everyone for their advice.
I have phoned the bank and after a nice chat have decided to voluntarily terminate the agreement.
He said that the process should take up to 2 weeks before it is collected and will cost me £75 I think for the collection plus ant refurbishment costs for damage.
Bearing in mind the outstanding balance and the value I got off a well known site, I think I have got a good deal so far. I will just have to wait and see how picky they are.
Thanks again for the advice which gave me the reassurance to go for it.
