The prize is a ‘Cape Town, Wine, Game & Whales Fly Drive’ holiday for two sharing adults for a duration of 10 days (9 nights), plus overnight flights. It includes:

3 nights Cape Town hotel
2 nights Franschhoek hotel
2 nights Wildlife Reserve with full board & game drives
2 nights Hermanus hotel
Avis car hire – 10 days
Daily breakfast

The holiday also includes return economy flights from a UK airport, checked in luggage and car hire for the duration of the holiday. Spending money, transfers to and from the airport in your home country, travel insurance and any other expenses incurred such as telephone calls, laundry, food, drinks, tips etc. are not included and are the responsibility of the prize winner to settle.

Any additional passengers or extra nights will be at the winner’s own expense at Trailfinders’ standard rates.

Winners are responsible for arranging their own valid passports, travel insurance and any necessary visa or health requirements and immunisations.

The winners will be contacted via telephone or email by 09.05.17. If the winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable time period or is not able or available to accept the prize for any reason which is beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, then the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant.

The selected winners will be put in contact with Trailfinders to arrange dates and booking the holiday; booking is subject to Trailfinders standard booking conditions and must take place within 8 weeks of winning the prize. The winner’s choice of dates, flights, etc. is subject to availability. Prize is valid for travel 1st -30th June 2017; 1st September – 7th December 2017; 8th January – 9th March 2017; 9th April – 31st May 2018.

The prize is as stated, non-refundable, non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered. Once tickets are issued no name or date changes are permitted.

The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control.
