Delay Repay from mainline for tfl strike?

I have travelled into London on Greater Anglia and found that there is no way I can get to my office other than a 65 minute (on a normal day) bus ride. (They said they expected the circle line to run otherwise I wouldn't have tried). I am now on my way home again.

Am I able to claim through delay repay for the journey?

Did your Greater Anglia train get to it's destination on time? That's the only criterion. You can't claim a delay on a journey you didn't make...
I need to think of something new here...

Well thats what TFL are/were telling people

"We will run a limited service on the District, Circle and Hammersmith and City lines, although trains will not stop at all stations"

TfL won't pay out on strikes. If your Grester Anglia train got into Liverpool Street on time then there is nothing to claim from Greater Anglia.
Walk, cycle hire, or get a bus in central London

TfL do not do "Delay Repay", so no.
