Details of the Competition:
• To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to https://www.heart.co.uk , identify the destination based on the daily clue and register their details.
• Online entry will open at 00:01 on 07/01/17 and close at 12:00 on 13/01/17.
• Each day at 10am, a new clue will be uploaded to heart.co.uk.
• From all the eligible entries received at the point of the online entry closing, one will be randomly selected. They may be brought to air to reveal the secret destination and be deemed the winner.
• In the event that the randomly selected entrant has guessed the location incorrectly, another entrant will be selected at random.

Eligibility:
• Entrants must be 21 years or older.
• Multiple entries are permitted up to a maximum of 10 entries; any additional entries above this limit will be excluded from the Competition.

Prize:
• The winner will win a James Villas holiday for 4 people for seven nights.

Conditions:
• The winner will be able to choose a James Villa Holiday from the following James Villa locations: Cyprus, Mallorca, Menorca, Lanzarote & Algarve
• The winner must provide a range of preferred travel dates and James Villas to provide a selection of Villas for the winner to choose from based on availability of those dates.
• The holiday prize is valid until 31st December 2017.
• The winner will not be able to choose holiday dates departing between the 13th July- 3rd September, 2017.
• The holiday must be booked and passenger details must be confirmed by 30th September 2017.
• Return economy flights will be provided for up to 4 people from any UK airport (subject to availability). Transfers to and from the winner’s chosen airport are not included
• Car hire or return airport to villa transfers are included.
• Should the winner wish for additional passengers/ people to their James Villas holiday, this will be at the expense of the winner and is not included within the James Villas prize. This must be booked through James Villas and paid for by the winner/attendees.
• Employees of Wyndham Worldwide and its group of companies are not permitted to enter.
• All spending money must be provided by the winner.
• The prize winner must be a named passenger on the booking and be over the age of 21.
• The prize is non-refundable, non-transferable, has no cash alternative and has no cancellation value once booked.

• The winner & their chosen guests must hold a valid passport and must be valid for a minimum of 6 months after the date of departure from the UK.
