How do I make payments to V12?

Might seem like a silly question but I'm genuinely unsure.
I just agreed to 24 monthly payments of £9.75 from Scan through V12 finance. I assumed they are recurring monthly payments so they just automatically take it out of my account every month. Is this not the case and if not, how do I make payments to them?
Thanks in advance.

Yes I gave my account details. That's fine then. I just wasn't sure If they took the payment automatically or if I had to manually transfer money every month. Thanks for the reply0

They have an online portal for customers here: https://my.v12retailfinance.com/account/login?ReturnUrl=%2fstatement
Might be worth checking out? It's not your credit score that counts, it's your credit history. Any replies are my own personal opinion and not a representation of my employer.0
