Jsa sanction

At Christmas I had a sickness bug so couldn't attend a work programme appointment but let them know the day before,before closing and they said my work adviser would ring me back in the morning but she never did. Jsa have decided my reason isn't good enough and won't pay me from 29th December until 29th Jan. My question is when will my next payment be?
My next sign om dates are 11th Jan and 25th Jan. As it is paid in arrears I'm guessing it will be February I receive my next payment?

TBH You should have rang them again when it became clear they were not going to ring you, sure they said they would but its only you who loses out when things go wrong.

Yes, you'll be paid in feb, there are things you can apply for (crisis loan?) if you NEED money but i think they may take it back when you start getting money through direct deductions.

Jobcentres and Work Programme providers love pulling this trick so they can sanction people.

Appeal against this asap
