John Lewis Refund help

I brought a watch for a xmas gift. It didn't fit the person so I got a refund on the 27th Dec. I haven't received anything yet from John Lewis (JL) and I'm getting a bit worried. I think the JL website said it should take 5 days but I'm not sure how that works with what TSB (my bank) and JL regard as holidays?

If JL said they will refund then I usually find they keep to their word.
Give them a call just to make sure it has went through. I don't see any probs though.

I had an item collected on 22nd and only received the refund on 5th January....i had to ring them but it was all fine:)To do is to be. Rousseau

its 5 working days the refund. so don't you count weekends and bank holidays or the additional days closed for the xmas / new year.0

Interestingly they can TAKE money OFF your card in less than a second despite it being a bank holiday/Sunday/middle of the night..... go figure!0
