won't see his ickle friends any more or run carefree through the little meadow where he was soooo happy

    :)

oh don't! I really wish I had the willpower to be veggie but I just can't do it, I've tried and food is so bland without a bit of meat, I don't care what you say. At least I try to buy organic but I do feel guilty eating meat, I just can't help myself though!

    Hi PasturesNew,

This is a thread about buying meat and it is clear from your post that you feel that there are ethical and/or moral reasons not to. While I absolutely respect your right to your view and opinion, I would never dream of posting in a vegetarian thread to promote the eating of meat. I think that Poet deserves the same courtesy.

This is only my personal opinion and I really hope that it doesn't offend.

I'll try and bargain with anyone, well, almost anyone- If it worked, you'd catch me trying to get me petrol down below 90 odd pence a litre! Just wouldn't work though, would it? ;) I'd rather my money went into the pocket of a small/independent (preferably local) trader than say, Tesco, but the price has to be right- on this occasion, well, I still can't quite believe it!

petrol we bought today was £1.08 a litre . i'd love to bargen it down to 90p. but then we did by the high octane stuff as it better for engine apartently. think hubby still thinks he got his 2lt turbo car. not our sensible 1.6 family mpv. lol.
