A Ditherer's Diary (again)

I checked with the garden office people and they accept credit card payments. I've applied and been approved for a Natwest Purchase card 20months 0% interest.
As we've already paid the deposit the balance is £2782.00 I also need a new tumble drier approx £300 which I'll also get on the 0% card and set the minimum payments to £165 to clear it all in 19 months.
I'm also thinking I might need to start closing down some of my zero balance credit cards. There are three MBNA cards, one Halifax card and one Tesco card all with zero balance. I have approx £80k of credit available and I do not need that! It might be handy to keep one MBNA as they do offer balance transfers and only have a 1% minimum payment fee. However, with a large amount of credit available and only owing approx £14.5k, I wonder if I reduce the amont of available credit, it will look like I'm over leveraged? Might need to pop on the credit card boards and ask.
So, now to wait for the card and "spend, spend, spend" (only joking!)0
