    bit of a late night last night.
    This place is lethal.
    Get on t'internet, start looking round this site after entering all the comps, and you end up reading loads and staying up till 2am:eek:

    I think a coffee and bacon buttie is the order of the day.:D

    I'm getting too old, had to go to the park with liitle wokkies and its an assult course, but he did well today he did it all including the balance bar, aww bless him he's only 3 but.... his big bro is 17 and a trainee fitness instructor so think he has been taught well:rotfl: he's resting on the settee at the minute watching rubbish,lol right wheres me drink:beer:

    I'm pleased its not only me does that. Do you have a good supply of matchsticks to prop the eye lids open with.
