received my blue iguana today - is it a freebie or a comp??? If its a comp then i can add it to my totals ( any idea what its value is?) if its a freebie then i'm not counting them!

I am new to competitions too - got hooked a week ago after I watched Martin's new show (had it recorded on the V+ box so a few days behind - story of my life!!!)

Not won anything YET - must have entered over 100 comps by now

question - if you don't put a phone number on will they still contact you if you win - not keen on giving out number worried about sales calls?!

In around 9 months of comping I have only had two phone calls as a result of entering a competition so it isn't really an issue. Just keep clicking the opt out boxes

9months that is dedicated, is it worth it? How many comps do you do a day?
I need a win now for motivation and a more comfy sit for the PC never sat at it for sooo long!!!:rotfl:

Good evening guys...thought I would ask you a small question if possible Hoping someone knows the answer

Recently have been receiving 'calls' from nspcc ! & Jigsaw company, both asking for money/donations/memberships :mad: When I asked them where they got my telephone number from they both said Get me a ticket !! now I have looked and yep I joined up there,(like ages ago) but havent entered any comps etc & NEVER agree to any mailings or contacts from 3rd parties in any comps I have entered from anywhere...so wondered how they can contact me if I havent agreed they can??

Have been onto the get me a ticket site and am trying to de-register with them, but cant...it says in their T & C's that on my 'profile' page supposidly that I can edit my details and update etc but there isnt that option...any ideas how I would go about leaving that site?? and hopefully avoid the phone calls??

btw dont hurry to answer ! lol have another stinking cold so going to go back to my sofa under duvet & watch AVP, but this has been niggling away at me all day so thought I would ask whilst I had a few spare mins whilst grabbing a cuppa
