    Check your banking app and decide if it's a SO or a DD first. Big difference, one pushes, the other is pulled, so one is your problem if it doesn't work (the pusher ! ) the other the pullers.

    Most likely if it's a SO, as said earlier, when you set it up you put an expiry date on the SO.

    If it's a DD something strange going on and I wonder if you misunderstood what the CS person said since loans don't "expire.
