Episode 1 of season 3 is already up on this site. I'm the same as you. On Virgin Media and no Skyone Gonna save watching this 1st episode til monday and try to watch it in time with Skyone when the others are added.

Have you tried http://quicksilverscreen.com ? It's a forum where people post links to sites where you can stream tv shows and films for free, without needing to download them. I haven't looked on there for prison break, but new links are always going up so it's worth keeping your eye on even if it's not there the first time you look.

The first episode is free to download from the US iTunes store

You need to have an american account tho to download it, or an account that says you're american.
