Sugar free drinks make you gain weight

Can we be sure that this is not just a case of "sweet tooth". I do know that when I cut out sugar from my coffee I found that some of the things I ate started to taste too sweet.0

I don't believe in sugar free or diet drinks can help me lose weight at the first time!!!
They just contain less calorie than the other soft drinks
and worse taste for me.

Media overhype again.
You can drink as much as you like as long as it falls within your calorie allowance.0 -

Actually it's not.
Research by Imperial College and the US Dept of Health have both shown that sweeteners change your metabolism and causes fat to accumulate especially around your waist, more so than if you eat or drank normally sweetened food.
Studies have shown that examining groups of people who eat natural food as opposed to artificially sweetened products were less fat.
And another problem is that most people believe they can eat and drink as much artificially seeetend stuff as they like. It just doesn't work like that.
