Loans and old CCJ

In the middle of last year I was erroneously served a CCJ without my knowledge, which the courts have now set aside.

According to the online credit checks my rating is now very high and no mention of a CCJ

I want to apply for a small loan, and I keep seeing the proviso with bank lenders that I must not have a history of CCJ's.

Is this now removed CCJ going to cause me to get a loan rejected, or it is really referring to current CCJ's that are outstanding.

It's probably a silly question, but I dont want to apply for a loan and get it rejected

Thank you for your assistance

if it was set aside then it never existed. If it was not long after the set-aside was issued, it could still pop on your file, but after that long time there is nothing to worry about.
  • Thanks, It was only set aside in early October, but as I mentioned it doesnt seem to be showing in the credit rating companies
