• Paddling boarding is 1 lesson per person and lasts approx. 5 hours.
Subject to availability at the time of booking. Participants must be able to swim and be reasonably confident in the sea. SUP generally needs calm water conditions. Where we conduct the lessons is generally calm water. We will advise you if the conditions are suitable. However, there are times when we cannot go SUP-ing. Lessons may be cancelled if conditions are considered dangerous by our instructors and/or Killian. We will make this decision on the morning of each activity. We endeavour to always provide the activity but we may cancel because of weather conditions. This is for your safety and to ensure you enjoy your activity. All equipment for your activity is provided and tailored to the weather conditions – SUP boards, wetsuits, gloves, boots and hoods. All you need to bring is a towel and a swimsuit.

• All participants of the tour must be age 18 years or older. Tours proceed subject to four or more participants booking in. Kinnegar will inform you in good time (minimum 24 hours in advance) if the tour is not going ahead. Please note that Kinnegar is an operating production facility and its visitor amenities are correspondingly limited. No seating is available during tours. Parking is tight. Visitors are welcomed strictly by prior arrangement.
