Not sure if this affects everybody but, since updating the apps, my favourites no longer work. I can add videos to favourites list but it won't play any of them. (Although it will play the same videos in their original list, if you see what I mean)

Now having to play one of their categories and either babysit the whole thing or leave it to take forever

So perhaps best not to update unless it forces you to.

(Also update for apps seems to advise that they now want access to microphone, not sure why but I'm making sure I don't sing along to music videos :rotfl::rotfl:)

I had no option as it told me the app was unsupported.

The biggest issue to me is that they play 2 adverts between each video.

Got both instant surveys & they ticked off "Attempt A Gold Survey" and "Complete A Gold Survey" on the to-do list.

1 min gold survey for 50 SB up at the moment; first question it asks is "which kind of car do you own" to which I replied with BMW and Nissan and promptly got booted out of the survey, so you might not want to reply with that.
