Anyone else having problems with invalid John Lewis gift cards? I've ordered 6 in a row now and none of them work. Swagbucks customer services won't acknowledge a problem with them!!!!! But they refund me each time, without explanation and tell me it's fine to order again. It's all happened since they changed their stupid gift card provider. I'm feeling hacked off now.

Wizzbang -I've not had a problem with them since they changed the gift card provider. However, I do find you get an email from SB saying the card is ready, you click through to the new provider and they will say it's not yet ready. I have to wait another few days, go back then it will be ready to use with no issues.

Thanks, I had that with USA gift cards, but they were ready within a few minutes.

These John Lewis ones are stated as invalid when you try to enter the codes on their website. They do not recognise the information.

Not cashed in for JL vouchers for quite a while but, from memory the old GC provider had a contact thing on the screen. Does this one have anything like that?
Other than that, the only thing I can suggest is something like Facebook if the usual channels aren't recognising the problem. Again, from memory the JL vouchers have a two step authorisation and you need both codes.

Yeah, I've been constantly on their help thing via Facebook. There is no other option, other than their standard customer service who don't get it either. All they do is the same as CS and refund eventually, once I provide screenshots. It doesn't help because the same problem has occurred 6x now. There was no problem with their old system, or at least very, very rare.

I have just completed 5 or 6 very easy surveys on jewellery, super-quick and gave 25 SB each (one even gave 50 SB despite being similar in length to the others) - easy bucks if you can catch them! They were on gold surveys with survey numbers starting 39020xxx and 39021xxx.

No surveys, think this is going to be the day I mess up target cos the apps are useless. Any offers that credit? Only on 27.
