Another slight possibility on the Chrome issue. Chrome put out an update around 15/11. Apparently they don't update everyone's browser at the same time to avoid too many downloads at the same time. Latest version starts with 62.0.3202. The browser version can be seen by going to the Chrome help menu and then selecting 'about'.

Edit - Most odd:

Tried SB on Internet Explorer, still got blank page. Gave up, closed and deleted cache on Internet Explorer, went back to Chrome and now SB is working fine on Chrome without me touching anything on there.

Very odd but it might prove useful to someone still struggling!
