It depends. If they've sent you a response that seems to say they are dealing with it, make sure to read it carefully in case they are actually saying they've answered your question and won't continue unless you reply to the email telling them exactly the same things you already put on the ticket!

I've now got 4 Amazon vouchers that I can't redeem saying 'unauthorised access'.
Managed to order them all before the reduction, of course.

do i have to still get to 620 then theyll give me 50sb or can get for 570 doesnt give much info never had this swag up before

You will need the 620 as you get it back when you spend.

If you are lucky they will cancel and refund while the offer is still on.

Survey 2952798. - about buying electronic gadgets for children for christmas.

Both me and my husband have attempted this on our account and both received at the end "Please be honest..." Speech and of course not been credited.

It's an easy survey. We are honest. How could both of us receive this warning?
