Swagbucking into 2017

I had my phone re-set and had to re-download my apps. The swagbucks app (the one with watch, discover and answer all in the same app) no longer has watch videos for me!

You'll get an automated response, make sure that you reply to that politely pointing out again what you went through!

If you look back in your browser history hopefully there should be a link relating to the survey, just copy and paste the whole thing, but you can put in the ticket without it.

Just to let you know that I was credited 75 SB overnight along with a lovely email apologising for 'the experience you had with this activity'. Really pleased I bothered to raise a ticket now.

Yep, my old iPhone that I use to run the apps hadn't been connected to the App Store so the Swagbucks app was still working, but a couple of the other apps had stopped working, so I connected it and it automatically updated Swagbucks and I lost Watch too

Add to that the SBTV is no longer in the App Store, the two half decent apps have gone

I did manage to get SBTV back by going to app store, updates, purchased, it will show you apps that you have previously downloaded using that same apple ID but are not on your current phone. If there is an updated version though it will automatically download that one
