Did you only just install the swagbutton add-on in your browser? If so, you may need to simply close and restart your browser for it to be in effect.

Hi S T,

Thank you for your reply. The button was installed long time ago. On it it's going directly to 'Activated' without showing the button to click on it. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it without any success. I will try later on a different machine maybe...

My Mastercard voucher still says it hasn't verified yet and to check back in 24 hours. It's said this for at least the past 72 hours despite me receiving an email that said it was ready.

No response from the ticket I submitted. I have more tokens I want to cash out but I don't really fancy having a handful of vouchers in limbo.

The only other thing I can think of is clearing your cookies and cache. Using another machine is a good idea too

I usually redeem the £5 Mastercard, but it seems to be missing from the redeem section, although the £10 Mastercard is still there. Is this the same for everybody else?

Are Instants the quick questions that appear on the far right of the Answer page under "Your Survey Profile"? if so I haven't had one for weeks and just says "You've answered all of the questions we have for now", and the progress thingy only shows 3 blobs out of 10 :huh:
