I went looking and it just kicked me right back to the survey home page MFW - OP 10% each year to clear mortgage in 10 years!

No, it'll probably take a few days. I always make a note of the transaction (ie purchase amount, SB per £, date and trip ID) in the likely event I have to submit a ticket to support
