I was also told I can no longer complete gold surveys the other day!! I sent them a message and they have allowed me again. It's stupid though as I get screened out of 90% of them anyway!

This may happen if you contradict/change info about yourself, so it looks like you are giving inconsistent responses. They will probably reinstate you once if you ask politely and can think of no reason it should have happened.

I was excluded from Gold Surveys about 2 years ago (I get the message 'It seems like surveys are not for you'), however I've noticed the homepage survey link (70SB) are often Gold surveys - as it checks off the 'attempt a Gold survey' daily task - and it lets me complete them this way so I'm not too fussed.

Out of interest (as I don't know why I was banned in the first place) - who do you message for possible reversal of the exclusion?

yeh thats what it said, the only thing i can think is i accidentally kept putting old post code as recently moved home, so i was actually probably inconsistent, but i am normally quite careful with the surveys atleast the ualification bits

I did a search, clicked one of the results, clicked reserve on the next page after selecting '1' room - this probably depends on site you end up on, I was on booking.com - credited then.
