I've had the same issue. I've raised a support ticket with SB, if it doesn't get resolved I will try the contact link on the Mastercard webpage.

I've done the same as you with the code, also tried different browsers and cache cleared. All to no avail

thanks for replying, I retried today and no joy so I've put in a ticket too. Will update if I get any result.
