Didn't put in a ticket but 70 SB from a survey on 29/05 has just been added to my account.

(Just checked and that was the day my 2nd daily goal bonus was 114 and I got sucked into trying a survey to earn it)

i had 7 lots of 70sb added, not manual adjustments that happen after a ticket, maybe the daily surveys are on the way to working again

I've had 7 X70 too, I had already been credited via the tickets I put in so its ended up paying twice for the surveys that didn't work.
