Has anyone had an issue with amazon gift cards? I ordered a couple last week on separate days and thought they were taking a while, looked on my account and they were both issued on 31/05 however I didn't get an email. Have tried re-sending the emails and I'm still not receiving them so can't see the codes to apply to my account?

Do you get any other emails from SB since you verified the order? Have you checked your spam filter? One of my email servers put a plane boarding pass in spam and I can't access spam on my phone - just saying it might not be a SB problem but your email server.
