    and for the second time today I get the error message, 'Can't submit respondents answer on submit' or words to that effect.

    Just came here to post about this... the travel one? I just copied and pasted 'don't know' for every box as I didn't know and they didn't give an option for that.

    I usually take a print screen of the last pages, from 90% on wards, so I can put a claim as it happens a lot lately... Recommend to do the same for every survey as it's time consuming and frustrating when it happens.

    I take a screen shot for surveys, but even then they tend to argue about it. Haven't bothered for instant surveys as the amounts are normally quite small, and it's harder to tell when you're near the end of it.

    Does anyone know how long it takes for the 300sb referral bonus to be added to your account? I referred someone 2/3 days ago and they went past 300 this morning. I've received 30sb as my 10% so far but haven't had the 300sb bonus yet
