I wondered if they don't like more than one SB a/c per device? But they say it is ok to have more than one a/c at an address.

This is only my opinion but I still think the majority of users who are experiencing a lack of encrave is mostly ip related.Though there will be other factors that have an impact. I currently can encrave as i like when i'm home but when i'm at my familys residence not even the daily encrave works. Same computer but different ip addresses nothing else is different.

I've not been able to hit target all week because of swagbucks problems including no games will load whatever i do very limited ncrave and the apps just seem to be playing static adds with 3 static adds for every one video so thats 36 static ads per 2sb so thats 360 static ads to click through per 10sb which is far too many to do lol

On the apps I am getting constant ads if I try and run videos from my favourites list. If I just click on any video, e.g on the homepage of the app , then it runs fine and just does one ad per video.
This does mean it is taking longer, my favourites list was just short videos!

I've only had the annoying '6 articles for 1SB' nCrave showing for ages, but this morning I've got a few of the 2/4SB autotours again - I've not knowingly done anything to my laptop, browser or router. Making the proverbial hay!

I find if you do the "Short clips" playlists (the "comedy" ones) they don't tend to show ads at all, and the videos are really quick.

I believe it's because we are in the UK. We discussed this yesterday and after reading SB's comment to a complaint it seems pretty obvious to me....We also have 2 accounts on the same computer but both stopped nCrave about the same time.

Seems odd. Does your son have an separate user account set up on your computer? (so you would have to log out and then he'd have to log in to use it).

If you do have separate user accounts on your computer, the following are things to try to pin down where the differences are.

From each account type whats my ip into the address bar on the browser. It will tell you you public IP address. In theory it should be the same for all user accounts using the same computer - unless one user has set up a proxy ip

get him to log into his user account on the computer then go to SB and you sign into your SB account. See if you can get watch now.

If so, reverse it, log into your user account, get him to sign into SB and see if he gets watch.
