Did anyone else do the GFK survey which had a follow up survey which involved sending you a DVD to watch?

I did it and received the DVD a few days ago but it says i should get an email with a link to the next part of the survey but that has not arrived. It also says i should not watch the DVD until i am told to do so, so i haven't.

Anyone actually get the email or instructions on what to do? Thanks

Had the standard swagbucks e-mail "Today's Survey Opportunity for 50 SB" turned out to be the second part, completed it, not difficult but failed to credit

I completed it tonight too but mine was with clixsense and credited, hope you get credited

but I didn't have the survey number thanks. I think I'll reply and query it.

I answered that wireless charging survey on Wednesday and exactly the same thing happened to me so it's been going on a few days now.
I got this reply when I put in a ticket.
I wonder how much free info that company are getting by disqualifying us all at the end of the survey..... :think:

I've replied a similar reply pointing out that it's happened to another user and is probably a survey fault. Not heard back yet.
