War Machines Multiplayer Tank for iPad - 2 SBs
Virgin Games Hot Slots for iPhone (but it worked with my iPad) - 11 SBs

I just downloaded the apps and opened them and they credited almost immediately. Hope this helps somebody.

Just to add where the images change when clicked, which is not confined to just numbers, the wording at the top is

"Click verify once there are none left"

while the normal wording is

"Select all squares with ..."
