In the end I opened IE and nCrave worked there, but it didn't work in FF or Chrome.

Lots of nice short 80SB gold surveys available (5mins, 7mins, 10mins) - so long as you have a dog, buy printer cartridges at work and use shaving foam/cream/gel regularly of course
