Are you logged in to the same SB's account on your mobile? Did you go via Shop & Earn, click 'shop now' or whatever on the stores and wait until the store site loaded? Worked for me.

I think I must be going mad - I have marked off every Swago square except Debenhams, but I simply cannot find it in the list of shops! It isn't in the A-Z list (which goes straight from Daz 3D to Dell) and if I do a Search for Debenhams on the Shops page it says "Your search for “debenhams” didn't match any results". How did those of you who have completed the Swago board find it?

It is definitely there, between Daz 3D and Dell! Are you registered as in the UK? If not, perhaps Debenhams is not available wherever you are/are registered?

I clicked 'All Stores' and it's straight after Daz 3D. I'm using android.

Yes, I'm in the UK; and I've never had a problem like this before! Not only can I not see Debenhams on my mobile, but even going to the Shops page on my desktop (which is how I mostly access Swagbucks) it is not there. [STRIKE] I guess this is a matter for Customer Service![/STRIKE]

MTA: I think it must have been a temporary glitch, because when I tried again on my mobile in order to take a screenshot, it had appeared; and the same on the desktop Shop section. Weird, very weird!

Confused. Why don't you just click the square on the Swago board?
