    Instant survey for 0SB!!!!

I thought it was a mistake so did it anyway and guess what nothing! So don't bother doing it :(

    Their cutbacks are getting ridiculous!

Saw this post after I did it, also thinking it was a mistake.

It must be an error, especially as it hasn't ticked off the to do list or shown up in the ledger.

I just put a ticket in for the three I have completed today. I don't hold out much hope of getting anything back, they never seem to reply to me!

What does putting a ticket in mean please?

You can raise a ticket with Swagbucks support if you have any problems with surveys or credits etc. I am hoping someone will explain on here how to do it. I just have a link I got emailed once and use that but I think it is specific to me if that makes sense. I have no idea how to get to the ticket \ support area from their website.

On any page you should see a small tab at the bottom right of your screen with a life ring symbol that says "Need help?". Click this, then Contact Support. On the new page that opens, click "Submit a Request" in the top right corner, and then fill in the form.
