Totally frustrating - Ford ads hang up every time requiring manual closure - the very day I needed them to work ! - impossible to get my first target if there are no surveys -is it the same for everyone ?

I dont often catch the instant surveys but just caught the pensions one and have just earnt 101 SB!! Great for me as now Im off for a full day at work.

I switched my mobile off completley then turned it back on after a few minutes, and it now seems to be working ok

77 swag bucks earned. Instant survey gave 51 points for answering some extra questions, deal of day download (app) 15 and the usual watch, crave and games.

Just checking the "movie clips" one (switched to the short clips), seen a ford ad a couple of times and it ran through ok.

(I did have an issue in the past with the screen shutting down and so the apps stopping on quite a few of the ads but found that was down to my phone settings since I changed the shut-off time to 2 min from 30 secs not had a problem - for some reasons the clips keep the screen "live" but the ads do not)

Yes mjm - same here - sometimes it does - but then freezes on the Ford add a few passes later - checked my display shutoff - its set at 5 mins - will keep hoping for a resolution soon !
