    I think that there's something on the site that identifies your IP address to prevent mutliple registrations - I have the same problem on my laptop and phone at home. But, if I connect my phone to a WIFI hotspot when I'm out and click on the link, it credits. I've had multiple credits making use of the WIFI hotspot we have at work.

    Signout of Swagbucks, switch wifi off your phone, use 3G, sign back in, complete offer...receive 50sb.... switch wifi back on. Job done!
