    There is an instant survey showing on my mobile phone, 6S Plus, but it will not load. When I log into Swagbucks on my laptop the instant survey is not there. How can I attempt an instant survey on my mobile?

    Another Instant survey has appeared on my mobile phone for 24 SBs but I cannot access it on my laptop either.

    On your laptop have you tried refreshing the page till it appears?

    Keep trying. When this happens I usually end up with 4sb, but it pays off in the end!

    Yes but it doesn't appear. I got to select the second instant survey eventually on my mobile but it stated "Can't submit respondent answers on submit".
