Just got paid three yesterday, but an earlier one from the 9th hasn't paid yet. Too soon to bother them with.

Quick question, what date in the month do they usually send out last months bonuses?

They don't send them out, you have to claim them from the banner which appears on the Daily Goal when they are ready to be claimed. Usually appears a few days into the new month (think it was the 2nd this month) and you have a couple of weeks in which to claim it or you lose the bonus.

Hi yes, I understand that and claimed mine as soon as I saw the banner but I hadn't realised they had been added on there & then. Have just been back through my history and saw that they were added as soon as I claimed them which I hadn't realised.

I had a PayPal payment I submitted on the 2nd. I emailed support and kept getting the wait 10 business days. I emailed again and today they apologised and refunded the points.
