    I've never had problems with cashouts before, it's always been pretty instantaneous. However, I cashed out yesterday and it's not come through yet - wonder if my luck has run out?

    I'm not holding my breath. I think I cashed out in the wrong week, seeing as it was Thanksgiving the next day over there! I'm going to get to the next $5, cash out and see what happens.
