Back to having issues with payments! From their Facebook page looks like a few members are having the same issue.I will start a claim again with BBB....I am getting fed up with Gifthulk!

I recently claimed $5 paypal and received it almost immediately. I don't know why some people are having such a hard time. It must be so frustrating and gifthulk don't seem to be answering their questions.

Hi,not sure what is causing the payments issues but it is frustrating.They also don't answers to messages!

That's the rude thing. How hard is it to reply to a message? Even just acknowledging that they have seen it and are trying to sort it out. They seem to just ignore it and hope the person goes away and stops "complaining".

I agree! It is also time consuming to keep sending emails and messages and having to open a claim against them...all this to get a payment that is due to you! Shameful really!
