Some good reports on some of the Korean Beauty stuff I got from Beauty Bay the other week. Tired the Long Hair pack yesterday and my hair feels fantastic, think its something I would definately Use again, but it did make me realise that my hair is definately getting shorter. Have been going to the hairdressers a lot more often due to my roots getting worse, which has resulted in my hair getting trimmed a lot more often. Need to try and stretch the time between appointments going forward which means finding a solution of the grey roots. I'm also trying products to encourage my hair to grow better especially as its so fine.

Regarding the other Korean beauty products I tried the moisturing hand mask was fantastic. The foot peeling mask did help my feet a bit but they still feel a bit rough (although better than they were). How long do I need to leave it before I have another try?

I am starting to understand why Korean products are so popular.

I made the mistake of going into a big Boots store this afternoon and have the following ins:

Versace Bright Crystal gift set with 50ml perfume, 50ml body lotion and 50ml shower gel. This was half price at £25 so half the price of 50ml of the perfume. Never tried it before but I love it and it smells like Ralph Lauren Romance which I love.

Glamglow gift set with 50ml Youth Mud, 30ml Thirsty Mud and 30ml Super Mud. The Yough Mud is £39 normally and this gift set was £39 down to £25. I love the mask and am really happy with the set.

NYX Yoghurt Eye Crayon - this is to replace my Laura Mercier Rose Gold Caviar Stick which is almost done (and which I'm not keen on as it goes patchy).

I used some points booster vouchers and got £8.60 back in points.

OK I've been through my stash. The list below consists only of items of which I have more than 1 nor does it include items in use. These are all stockpiles and I've done this to highlight those items that I do not need at this time. Oooh, that's a lovely colour. Always a shame when favourites are discontinued.

I repainted my nails yesterday too with Nails Inc queensgate terrace. Also old, but still going strong. And very glossy with Seche Vite on top. I might do some stamping later if I have time...

I googled for a dupe to Cara Mia Crimson and OPI The Color of Miinnie came up. I have this one too and have pulled it out. Will paint my ring finger in this and see if there is any difference. When I've worn TCOM before I've thought it was more sparkly.

  • [STRIKE]1) Lush snowcake soap(sliver only left)[/STRIKE]
    [STRIKE]2) Gilchrist & Soames sample soap [/STRIKE]
    3) Animal Body Lotion 125ml (new bottle)
[STRIKE]4) Superdrug coconut shampoo & conditioner (both nearly gone) [/STRIKE]
    [STRIKE]5) Gilchrest & Soames shampoo & conditioner Samples[/STRIKE]
[STRIKE]6) Boots simply sensitive face cream SPF15[/STRIKE]
[STRIKE]7) Lush Angels on bare skin[/STRIKE]
    8) Superdrug exfoliating face mask

Just the Body lotion & face mask to go, although I may struggle to get the face mask done before the end of the month. The body lotion is weird I keep finding odd plastic/crystal bits and it takes an age to rub in, but in the interest in no wastage allowed I will preserve with the last bit.

    UU's for the following items

Superdrug Ginger & Lime showergel 250ml - WBA does the job
Lush Never mind the Ballistics - WPBA - but only at sale price
gilcrest & Soames soap sample - WNBA wasn't that special.
Lush Angels on Bare Skin - WBA my skin loves this however I now have 3 other cleansers to use first before I repurchase.

Hi And, do Aldi sell a facial oil?
They have done a facial oil as a Specialbuy about 2x yearly Val.
It's in a lovely ground glass bottle with a gold top. Very pleasant to use too.

    One UU:

Lush So White WBA. I love this scent. What else is there to say?

I don't think I'll have many more UUs before the end of the month :/

    woohoo, a few more UUs!

    - 2 x Clinique moisture surge intense 7ml. WNB - nice, sinks in well, but I prefer Elemis PCMC
    - sachet Nivea Q10 plus day cream. Nice enough.
    - and one of the Olia hair dyes i just bought a couple of days ago.

And an In I'd forgotten about, no idea how!
    - Laura Gellar Balance and Brighten in Fair. I finally got this in the right colour from the FB QVSell group, yay! Great colour match, and just as amazing in terms of effect and finish as the darker one my sister gave me. I loooooove it. It even still looked flawless after a gym session  Ok it wasn't the toughest one, but it was still impressive. The formula does seem a lot softer than the medium though.
  • I got three physican formula powders and 2 concealers. They were on offer and worked out less than the mac lightscape, I have about one cm of a ring on the edges.
i bought a fragrance set in the sales from Caudalie.

I finished a verve in the naked 2 pallette, there are two finished. It is coming along slowly. I have been using the catrice primer on my eyelids recently and it is totally transforming. Usually by evening my eyeshadow seems to glide away with the catrice primer it sticks perfectly. It does not feel tacky unlike the urban decay.

Maddie May I find the catrice pret a volume waterproof is great, it is not drying and stays on all day. Maybelline is good also. it really sticks it takes a terribly long time to remove.

I have been trying to apply make up everyday to keep the best foot forward, I am looking a potential use up on the foundation. i have a spare to use up.
