1. The Promotion is a free to enter Competition and will run from 31/12/16 to 11.59pm on 31/1/17.
2. There will be 1 overall winner who will receive a prize consisting of a 4 night mid-week break Monday 4pm to Friday 10am. The break is for the Benches to the value of £2000, the prize needs to be taken before July 2018. By entering you agree to abide by the “letting” terms of business which are supplied separately.
3. The Competition is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over. Employees of Wellisford Lettings Limited, Active Social Media Limited and partners and families are not permitted to enter.

5. The Winner will be chosen by 5/2/17
6. The Winner will be announced and contacted on Facebook/Twitter/Google+ by 5/2/17. 7. The Judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. By entering the Competition, the Winner grants the Promoter permission to use their name for advertising and future promotional purposes without additional compensation.
9. The Prize is not transferable and there is no cash alternative.
