Closing date for entries is 8 February. Travelopia / Grand American Adventures prize draw (the "Prize Draw") is open to people aged 18 and above who provide their full name, country and email address.
The winner will win two places on the Grand American Adventures ‘Western Highlights’ tour in the USA, starting 1 September 2017. The prize includes all seven hotel nights on tour, all transportation in the USA by private vehicle (excluding transfer to the start and finishing point of the tour), the services of a professional tour leader, flights with Norwegian, plus two additional nights in San Francisco at the end of the tour. The details of the tour are subject to change and flight schedules.
The holiday prize includes two return economy international flights with Norwegian from London Gatwick to Los Angeles, returning from Oakland San Francisco to London Gatwick, subject to availability. Flights can only be redeemed for travel departing 1 September and returning 10 September. The travel partner must travel on the same booking. Travel will be on economy flex tickets which includes seat reservation, full meal service, two 20kg checked bags and fast track. There is no refund value. Flights are not transferable to a different route or departure date.
The holiday prize does not include: travel insurance, travel to-and-from the airports in both the UK and USA, optional activities, food, beverages and spending money.
The winner must confirm their booking within two weeks of the Prize Draw.
The tour must be taken by the prize-winner.
If the prize-winner wishes to cancel their trip once booked, they must provide 4 weeks’ advance notice or may be liable for cancellations charges incurred by Grand American Adventures.
Please note that suitable travel insurance coverage is compulsory. All travellers must either take out appropriate travel insurance via Grand American Adventures or have another adequate policy in place at time of travel.
It is the travellers responsibility to ensure that they have a EU valid passport with minimum six-month validity beyond the return date for the duration of their stay in the USA, that they are eligible to enter the USA and obtain the correct documentation for travel to US (including any visas or ESTA https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov/esta) in good time for their travel.
Bookings are subject to normal tour conditions, available on request, and bookings cannot be altered once booked.
If the travellers are unable to travel in accordance with the above or by the date listed, the winners shall be deemed to have forfeited the prize.
The prize tour is subject to availability and all standard booking conditions apply.
The prize cannot be exchanged for a cash alternative.
