1. There is no entry fee and no purchase is necessary to enter this competition.
2. The closing date for entry is midnight on 9th January 2017. After this date no further entries to the competition will be accepted.
3. To enter the competition, the contestant will have to post their favourite picture of a family holiday in a city on either Facebook, Instagram (@royalgardenhotellondon) or Twitter (@royalgdnhotel) using the
hotel’s handles and the following hashtags: #RGHFamilies #RGHCompetition and
#RGHLondonExplorer
4. There is only 1 prize available.
5. The winning family must have at least one child under the age of 12. The hotel stay prize is for a maximum of 2 adults and 3 children.
6. The prize is a two-night family stay in two connecting rooms, with full English breakfast, a Food and Flicks offering, tickets for the Big Bus Tour, tickets for the London Eye and tickets for Madame Tussaud’s.
7. Any other costs incurred during the stay will be paid by the competition winner.
8. The prize must be used during the February Half Term holiday in 2017 (13th – 17th February).
9. The contestants must document their London trip and provide the Royal Garden Hotel with pictures of themselves on the Big Bus Tour, the London Eye and at Madame Tussauds.
10. During the stay, a photographer will be at the hotel for an hour to take some pictures of the family interacting with the Concierge team to document the family preparing their London day.
11. No cash alternative to the prize will be offered.
12. The prize winners will be announced on Facebook and Instagram and contacted via email on 13th
January 2017, if not before.
13. Prize is subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
14. The winner will be chosen by the Royal Garden Hotel. The decision will be based on artistic qualities of
the photography as well as how well it fits the competition theme.
15. The Royal Garden Hotel’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
17. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to
the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current [UK] data protection
legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
