Hi all
Getting myself into a complete tizz about this and just wanted some advice
We have obtained a DIP for 230,000 with L&C - not done the full application yet.
Just found an arrangement to pay that was settled in May 2014 and this has got me really worried. This was on Noddle, cannot see it on any other reports and only found it in the closed accounts sections. Everywhere else showing green but credit score still low.
We are putting down a 20% deposit and settling all debt with the rest of the equity from our home sale.
Is this likely to be an issue? We have submitted an offer and been accepted on a property at 290k and when phoning the broker they are not back in now til next week.
Guess just wanted to put my mind at rest and risk o more sleepless nights worrying that we won't get our dream house.

1. Did you not mention your credit issues to the broker?
2. Who is the Lender selected?I am a Mortgage Broker

I would just contact your broker as soon as you can to let them know. I imagine that your broker did ask about your previous credit status and asked if there was anything they should be aware of ? It is really important to remember everything and disclose this before applying as is some cases lenders will still consider the mortgage for being upfront an honest. Other lenders, even if you had forgot, feel you are trying to lie to them.
Its really not worth getting worked up over. There is usually always another option.I am a Mortgage Broker
